The following terms and conditions of trade and delivery apply to purchases of goods at www.regulatorcomplete.com for delivery throughout Denmark.


How to shop at Regulator Complete.com

You select the items you want to buy and add them to the “shopping cart”. You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up until the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the items. Any additional payments for example shipping and payment card fees will only be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click on “go to checkout”, where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number and payment method, and then choose the delivery method. Accept the terms and conditions. Confirm your purchase by clicking the “approve and pay” button. Your order will then proceed to www.regulatorcomplete.com.

If you (completely free) register as an RC Klub member, you can see your order history under your profile for the orders you have placed while you were logged in.

Prices

All prices include VAT.

Prices are only valid at the time of ordering and promotional and promotional items may have shorter or longer campaign durations.

Regulator Complete reserves the right to make corrections, price changes, technical errors and out-of-stock items.

Receipt for receipt of order and order confirmation

When you have completed an order at Regulator Complete.com, you will receive an order confirmation for the ordered items, which is also a receipt for receipt of your order.

Payment

At regulatorcomplete.com you can pay with: Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay, MasterCard and Klarna.

There are no fees for payments at Regulator Complete.com. The amount is only charged to your card when the goods are shipped from the warehouse and a larger amount can never be deducted than what you have authorized at the time of purchase.

As of January 4, 2021, 2-factor authentication is required for card payments. Read more about how it works here

Minimum order

There is a minimum order for selected items, which means that you cannot purchase less than the specified quantity.

Goods are generally delivered Ab Lager.

Durability

Sack goods that are shipped from the warehouse have a minimum of 8 weeks until the best before date. The best before date means that we guarantee that the feed maintains the level of vitamins and minerals. After the best before date, the level of vitamins and minerals will decrease.


Right of return, complaint and right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

When you shop at www.regulatorcomplete.com you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received the item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually, or an item delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last item or batch.

Deviations : Regulator Complete.com only accepts returns of unopened bags of feed due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

When returning

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. When returning, you must complete and enclose a return form and a copy of the order confirmation so that we can process the return order as quickly as possible.

Please note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

When returning, you should ensure that the goods are properly wrapped/packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number. You must pay the costs of returning the goods yourself if you regret the purchase. You cannot regret by simply refusing to receive the goods without also notifying us of this. Regulator Complete.com does not cover the shipping costs for refunds in connection with cancellation of the purchase.

Refund of the purchase amount If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. The amount will be transferred to the same payment card that you paid for the purchase with. The amount will be refunded when the return order has been processed - this can take up to 14 days. NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has decreased due to:

  • You have actually used the product.
  • It was damaged while you were responsible for it.
  • You have not handled the item correctly.

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must do the same as you would in a physical store: You may try the product on, but not actually use it. You lose your right of withdrawal if; - You break the seal on products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Purchase Act , including the defect rules. When you shop at www.regulatorcomplete.com you therefore have a 12-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have a defective product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

You must contact us within a “reasonable time” You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, but within 14 days of the defect being discovered will always be timely. You can make a complaint by contacting us via email at info@regulatorcomplete.com.

When you contact us regarding your complaint, please state the problem in as much detail as possible. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs to send the item back to us, if applicable.

Indemnity/Limitation of Liability

Regulator Complete disclaims liability for any indirect loss, such as operating loss, loss of profit or loss of time, which the defect may have caused to the buyer.


Competitions, gift cards and discount codes

Competition conditions The winners of the competition will be notified directly by email and their names will be published on Facebook, Instagram or in our email newsletters. By participating in the competition, you agree to this publication. The winners will receive their prize within approximately 14 days. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. If you participate in the competition, you are responsible for providing all personal information provided in the competition so that we can send you any prizes. We are not responsible for any printing errors and we reserve the right to change the prizes in a competition or cancel the competition altogether with immediate effect.

Employees of Regulator Complete and members of their households are not permitted to participate in the competitions.

Gift card The electronic gift card expires after 12 months. The maximum value of the gift card is DKK 3,000. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or deactivated gift cards. We reserve the right to change these rules. The gift card is valid as payment or partial payment when you shop at landogfritid.dk. The amount you shop for is deducted from the balance, and if there is a remaining amount, it will be stated on your receipt. The current balance can be found by entering the gift card code at regulatorcomplete.com under see gift card balance.

Once the card is used up, it will automatically expire.

Discount codes Discount codes are only issued by Regulator Complete.com. If your discount code does not work, it may be because you do not meet the rules that the discount code was created with. Read the message that appears in red after you have entered the code. If your discount code does not work, please contact us at info@regulatorcomplete.com

Applicable law and venue

Purchases of goods on www.regulatorcomplete.com are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us in writing at info@regulatorcomplete.com

If, contrary to expectations, we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant board in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
